BNW is self-lubricating material, it has high load carrying capabilities and is a sliding bushing which works well in non-lubricated condition. The bushing layer of consists of PTFE/high-tension synthetic fiber liner. The backing layer consists of fiberglass impregnated into epoxy resin for high temperature. These bushings are designed for slow speed/under heavy load applications. These Bushings cannot be machined.
