This material is Ideal for running against soft mating surfaces such as mild steel, aluminum, and SAE 316 stainless steel. J-5500 will not wear mating surfaces unlike other typically found filled PTFE compounds.

This material is made from a specially formulated PTFE compound, designed for high load and wear resistance in food and drug contact applications. All the components of J-7000 are FDA compliant and non-toxic.

BNW is a self-lubricating material, it has high load carrying capabilities and is a sliding bushing which works well in a non-lubricated condition. The bushing layer consists of a PTFE/high-tension synthetic fiber liner. The backing layer consists of fiberglass impregnated into epoxy resin for high temperature. These bushings are designed for slow speed/under heavy load applications. These Bushings cannot be machined.

Nylatron is a nylon material with added molybdenum disulfide lubricant powder. Nylatron bearings give advantages over standard nylon such as superior wear resistance at an acceptable price. Nylatron is a self-lubricating nylon.

Bunting TMCB bearings are machined from cast C96900 bronze for superior quality and performance. The casting process assures a uniform bronze structure throughout the bearing, free from porosity and hard particle inclusions commonly found in other processes.

Our standard C96900 bearing line features over 200 sizes, carried in stock at Bunting Bearings. These standards provide off-the-shelf economy for most applications, and may be easily re-machined, oil grooved, or graphited to meet special requirements.
